The position requires:

• Must hold a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Nursing, Healthcare, Social Work, or Education

• Must have at least one year of relevant job experience

• The ability to work well with all segments of the community to develop and maintain proactive, effective relations.

• Willingness to complete all daily duties as outlined by specific program guidelines.

• Basic IT, writing and communications skills.

• A criminal background check

• Must attend Lander University or Anderson University

• Majoring in Nursing, Healthcare, or Education fields

Designed for high school students 16-18 years old interested in developing social skills, identity, responsibility while being in service to the mission of Community Initiatives, Inc. Service hours will be determined by school related projects, school organization, and oversight by Instructors.

VolunTEENS between the ages 14-15 years old service hours will be exclusive to the requirements needed to fulfill Beta Club and other scholastic organizational needs.
